Mary Alice and I are both currently pregnant and are here to talk about the second trimester: what to expect and what we are experiencing during our pregnancies.

We hope you listened to our podcast episode about the first trimester. It should give you a good idea of what to expect and what is normal. And in the future, we will also share what to expect in the third trimester, birth, and postpartum.

Everyone’s pregnancy and parenting journeys are different, but we hope you find some comfort in what we’re sharing with you so that you can feel more prepared and less alone if you are also experiencing these symptoms. Thankfully, the second trimester is usually the best, but a few things aren’t so fun. However, our babies are always worth it! So, let’s chat about what to expect from your second trimester. Early in her career, Nina acquired her nickname from one of her birth doula clients, who lovingly referred to her as “The Baby Chick.” The “chick” who knows all about babies.…
