Pregnancy is beautiful, but it’s not always a beautiful and enjoyable experience for everyone. Many symptoms can happen: heartburn, morning sickness, back pain, stress, and more. But thankfully, some tips can help you get through. We have Dr. Christine Sterling, board-certified ObGyn and mom of three, as our special guest, and she is sharing her tips on how to make your pregnancy easier and healthier.

Dr. Sterling’s mission is to provide comprehensive support for pregnancy’s physical and emotional challenges. With so much information about what you should and shouldn’t do during pregnancy, it’s easy to get overwhelmed trying to figure it all out. That’s why Dr. Sterling is doing her part and started Sterling Parents and her courses.
