You may have heard “doula” once or twice during your pregnancy, but do you know what a doula really is? There are several types of doulas, and the answer to what a doula does might surprise you!

Nina and Mary Alice (birth doulas and postpartum doulas) explain what a doula is, what doulas do, how much they cost, what you can expect, and what doulas want expecting parents (and everyone) to know.
