- Two 2-Hour Prenatal Visits: Assess your goals for birth, explore options, and provide practical tools to help you feel prepared. Together, you’ll also create a postpartum plan to support you after your baby’s arrival.
- Birth Preferences Assistance: Nina will help clarify your birth preferences and explain the various options available, ensuring your plan reflects your values and desires.
- Continuous Virtual Support: During labor and birth, Nina offers emotional and informational virtual support to help you stay aligned with your vision (8 AM-8 PM CT, any day of the week).
- Partner Support: Practical tips and comfort measures for your partner to confidently support you during labor.
- Birth Plan Creation: Guidance to craft your perfect personalized, actionable birth plan.
- Hospital Bag Packing Support: Answers to your questions about what to bring for your labor and delivery.
- Ongoing Communication: Email and text support for general questions throughout the remainder of your pregnancy (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM CT).
- Postpartum Session: An optional 30-minute virtual session to celebrate your baby’s birth, reflect on your birth experie
