It’s a new month so it calls for a new cocktail. 😉 With it being the month of love we wanted to create a new love potion number 9 called the Rosebud. This cocktail is stunning. The perfect libation for Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day!

Isn’t this cocktail gorgeous?! Literally the perfect drink for February.

Here’s what you need to do for the MOCKTAIL version of this little pretty. Substitute the vodka, sugar water, and rose water with 1.5 oz of rose syrup. To make rose syrup boil 1/2 cup rose water, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup sugar. Top that off with tonic water and garnish with a sugared rose petal. The presentation will match perfectly to the cocktail version and it tastes delicious.

Cheers, mamas! Hope you have a happy Valentine’s Day and a happy Friday!
