Thank you, Hotel Sorella, for hosting our pajama party in one of your beautiful penthouse suites.
Have you ever seen or put something on your child and immediately wished they made it in your size? If so, you may already know about the company KicKee Pants. That certainly was my initial reaction when I first discovered them. I was introduced to the company by a previous client of mine years ago who had her son wear nothing but KicKee and I literally fell in love. It is the softest, cutest line of pajamas and clothing for your little one. As soon as I picked up one of their pieces, I couldn’t help but melt because it feels like butter on your skin. I seriously cannot believe it’s not butter. 😉 It’s so lightweight, soft, and cozy that it makes you want to immediately put it on. Instantly I was wishing that they made something in my size that I could slip on. And now they do!
If you have never heard of KicKee Pants, well, now you’re welcome. Their eye for adorable style, luxurious fabrics, and fantastic customer service makes them a company that all parents adore. They also have a heart of gold and raise lots of money for different charities, which makes them a brand that we love to support. Their mission is to give back #KicKeeGivesBack. For a peak into who KicKee Pants is, here are a few words from their founder, Aerin Nicole:
It became important to me to create something meaningful that encouraged the whimsical nature of children and honored them by putting first their comfort, safety and interests. To try to help create this space for them in some small way, and reach out to other families who wish the same for their children. Having children made me feel as though the desire to protect this time in their lives, when anything is possible and the imaginary world feels real, was a desire that could be shared between families of all backgrounds, locations or ideals. It was something that could bring people together by celebrating the most fundamental nature of our children; their innocence.
We love KicKee Pants. And it’s no surprise that year after year, (2014, 2015, and 2016) they have been awarded the Earnie Awards for Best Sleepwear and Best Infantwear. I foresee them winning a few more awards in the near future now that they are expanding their KP Womenswear. They are making robes, tee shirts, nightgowns, pajamas and more with that same buttery-soft fabric little ones have loved for years. Sign us up!
This year (2017) marks KicKee Pants‘ 10 year anniversary! Hooray!! In 2016, KicKee Pants donated over 20% of their profits to different charities. The creation of Butterfly Babies by KicKee Pants was in honor of babies and kids who suffer from Epidermolysis Bulls (EB). 80% of all profits would go directly to The Butterfly Fund to help with their efforts in assisting EB families.
This year, to celebrate their major 10 year milestone, KicKee is launching many new products, including two collections composed of fan-voted favorite prints brought back for two special anniversary collections (Fall/Summer). All of us at our pajama party at Hotel Sorella (including the babies) were pretty much obsessing over these pieces and we thought you would too.
At our pajama party we were kicking back and jumping on the bed in KicKee’s new Tropical Life collection. Tropical habitats offer fun and exciting plants and animals to explore! Monkeys swinging from tree to tree, parrots and birds of paradise, leopards hiding, pythons slithering, and butterflies flying all over the forest. This adorable new line brings you the cutest of them all!
If you haven’t checked out KicKee Pants be sure to do so! I think I may do the same as my client and clothe my babies in nothing but KicKee!
