It’s a three day weekend! At Baby Chick this weekend, we honor the American labor movement and the contributions that workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of their country. We also honor the hard-working mothers who never have a day off to serve their families, as well as all the women who are in actual labor giving birth to their babies today! Cheers to all of you. To celebrate this holiday, we are sharing a delicious and super-refreshing cocktail and mocktail recipe that all of you can enjoy.

Viola. This cocktail is really light and refreshing. If makes you feel like you are staying hydrated while you are also enjoying the booze. 😉 It’s a cocktail that we felt we could sip on all day on a hot summer day. There is a tiny bit of sweetness, but seriously is perfect for the hot temperatures.

If you’re expecting or wanting the non-alcoholic version of this cocktail, you are going to love it! I seriously finished the entire glass. Here’s what you need.
