Happy 4th of July, mamas! Today is my favorite holiday of the year. That might sound weird to some people, 4th of July being my favorite holiday, but think about it . . . Who doesn’t like summer days spent with loved ones? Who doesn’t love having an extra day off of work? Who doesn’t enjoy watching a parade or going to the beach or to the lake and watching fireworks? Who doesn’t have fun going to a party and having a barbecue with a bottle of beer and wine at your home? And who doesn’t love and appreciate our wonderful country and all of the opportunities that it provides? Seriously, July 4th is an incredible holiday so let freedom RING!!

I always loved the 4th of July, but it wasn’t until 2015 when it became my favorite holiday. I literally took the saying ‘let freedom ring‘ to a whole new level when I exchanged rings and said “I do” to my husband, Brian. That’s right, today is our wedding anniversary. 🙂

It’s crazy to think how many years it’s been since this magical day. I guess time flies by when you are having fun and working hard. I find it funny how America gained its independence years ago today, but Brian lost his independence on this day. 😉 hahaha! (This joke never gets old.) But seriously, I hope you all are getting to do something fun today to celebrate!

Happy 4th of July, everyone! What are you doing today? Any fun plans? I’d love to know so I can have some fun ideas for years to come.
