Happy Friday! To get the weekend (and the month) started off right, we thought a nice cocktail recipe would do the trick. 😉 Spring and St. Patrick’s day are just around the corner. This Irish Mug cocktail is the perfect way to welcome the weekend. What mom doesn’t love a little kick in her coffee and whipped cream??

A nice, warm drink to spice up your day!

Here’s what you need to do for the MOCKTAIL version of this Irish Mug. Pour your 6 oz of hot coffee into your glass, then substitute the Jameson and the crème de menthe with 1 oz of mint syrup. Top that off with whipped cream and a mint leaf. The presentation will match perfectly to the cocktail version and it tastes delicious.

Cheers, mamas! Hope you have a happy Friday!
