Schools are getting out and summer is almost here! With the temperatures rising and kids out of school, it’s that time of the year when you will be spending more of your time–and the kids’ time–at the local splash pad or by the pool. So long are the days when you could relax poolside with no worries and a glass of rosé in your hand. Now you have to worry about if the baby’s okay, are the kids safe, do they have enough sunblock on, picking things up–including children–and making sure that you have everything they need with you in your bag(s). That’s just to name a few. Thank goodness one-piece swimsuits are back in and looking cuter than ever. Here are 20 of the best one-piece swimsuits at all price ranges for moms that either want to cover up or show it off by the water. 🙂
1. Crisscross One-Piece Swimsuit | $174
Every girl loves having a black swimsuit in her closet. I love this suit because the crisscross design helps gather, sculpt and smooth out a flattering silhouette, which helps hide anything that you may not want revealed. It also claims to help you look 10 pounds lighter in 10 seconds!® Who doesn’t want that?!
2. Laser Cut High Neck One Piece – Merona™ | $34.99
This high neck halter suit with laser cut detail adds a little fun to the basic one-piece. The rushing throughout the suit provides a flattering shape–which we all need when bending over and picking up kids and toys. It also has removable soft cups so you can have extra support or remove them if unnecessary. I like that a halter allows you to customize the fit so if you are breastfeeding one summer and not the next, you don’t have to have a different size suit. 😉
3. Marysia™ Antibes One-Piece Swimsuit | $348
Now this one is just pretty. 😀 This suit is based on the best-selling Antibes bikini. I’m so glad that she decided to make a one-piece that would cater to women wanting a little more coverage and support. This one-piece swimsuit is definitely for women that don’t have as much cleavage and it features the brand’s signature scalloped edges. I absolutely love it and that is comes in classic colors.
4. ‘Algiers’ High Neck One-Piece Swimsuit | $148
Trina Turk is a genius when designing swimwear. This piece has a dynamic artisanal design that I love. The pattern follows and features our feminine curves in this cosmopolitan look. If you’re also nervous that “the girls” are going to pop out at any moment when chasing the kiddos, this high halter neck and strappy crisscrossed back will keep you covered.
5. Twist Front Bandeau One-Piece Swimsuit | $109
I love a good bandeau top swimsuit and this one-piece is super flattering. The crisscrossed bust with a sweetheart neckline sets off a slimming look with a figure-perfecting ruched midriff. The colors come in bubble gum, ice blue, and black.
6. Off the Shoulder One-Piece Swimsuit | $128
Another Trina Turk favorite! Off-the-shoulder tops are all the rage right now and these ruffles on this suit make a sleek, simple swimsuit more fun for the poolside. It comes in white, black and indigo.
7. MiracleSuit One-Piece Swimsuit | $158
I always love a good Miraclesuit®. Especially right after having a baby. This sexy but flattering piece will make you feel chic while toting swim toys poolside. The gathered overlapping panels and mesh insets accentuate the hourglass silhouette. It’s designed to firm, hold and shape without any uncomfortable panels or wires.
This suit is a minimalist’s dream. The classic lines and full coverage is simply perfection. This one-piece is crafted in a soft, stretchy fabric from a top Italian mill that puts its swim materials through rigorous testing (think dunks in chlorinated water and 20 hours of UV exposure) to ensure vibrant colors and resistance to pilling. This fabric in particular also features UPF 50 sun protection, which is like sunscreen for your clothes. One less thing you have to worry about.
9. ‘Yvonne’ Halter One-Piece Swimsuit | $172
This Magicsuit® is perfect for the mama that wants even more coverage. The black color and rouging design with help create a slimmer and sleeker look. Channel a retro glamour style in this plunging one-piece swimsuit. It’s a halter so you can adjust the fit as you please.

I am pretty much obsessed with all things Kate Spade. This suit is no different. This Kate Spade New York swimsuit is detailed with scalloped edges and a slim bow right at the top of the halter. This chic suit has the trendy high-neck halter look we all love with scallop details that comfortably fit and flatter. With bum coverage on the cheeky side, this one-piece is a great way to flaunt a little skin. Built-in shelf bra and removable soft pads provide sleek, customizable support.

Plunge into this classic yet sexy lace trim halter swimsuit. It’s super flattering for the figure and I love the feminine touch with the lace. It’s a halter so it provides added support. It comes in black, indigo, maroon, cobalt and red. It also comes in plus size too!
18. Ruffle-Shoulder One-Piece Swimsuit | $118
If you haven’t noticed by now, I love a good ruffle. 😉 And this navy one-piece by J.Crew is so chic. It does have a higher cut on the legs than most one-pieces so if you love showing off your legs, this one’s for you. It’s super flattering, stylish and helps hold everything in. A classic look for a classy mom.
19. Shirred Bandeau One Piece | $30
Here’s a less expensive bandeau one-piece option. With figure-flattering draping, body shirring, and a removable strap, piece is a must-have for a day at the beach or pool. It has molded bra cups and removable, adjustable straps to provide added support.
I love this classic striped suit with fun shoulder ties. It easily goes from the beach to the boardwalk. Just add a wrap skirt or high-waisted denim shorts and voilà. You will have coverage, but also have a fun, nautical, let’s go to the Hamptons look. 😉
