Pilates instructorPilates instructor Laura Wilson, a national champion archer from Romania, moved to Los Angeles and discovered Pilates while working as a massage therapist. She found it to be the perfect combination of mental focus and strength training while helping people to feel better. Laura received her full certification through Stott Pilates in 2005 and is certified in Gyrotonic (2008), Spin (2011), Vinyasa Yoga (2011), and became a Resistance Training Specialist and a Muscle Activation Technique Specialist in 2012.
