Eggless-Nog

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 6 cups of non-dairy milk
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (canned)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 pitted dates, soaked
  • Ground nutmeg or cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak dates for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend the dates well, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
  3. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon.
