Instant Cider

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 1/2 cups 100% apple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Additional cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, or apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except cinnamon sticks) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain out any residual ginger bits, if desired.
  4. Heat the blended mixture along with the cinnamon sticks on the stovetop.
  5. Serve in mugs.
  6. Garnish with cinnamon sticks or whole cloves.
