Hey Mommas! Thanks for joining us for week 10 of the “Mama Gone Fab” series with my girl, Hilary Hall! With only three weeks left of the series, we thought it was time to focus on an area that is SO important — especially when you’re a mommy doing a lot of heavy lifting. (Both physically and mentally!) So here’s our “HardCORE” workout! We hit the pavement again for this one because who doesn’t love a little sunshine? And we wanted to show you how these exercises can be easily incorporated into almost any part of your day.
