Can you believe that we are halfway through our 12-week workout series? I hope all of you have been enjoying these workouts that Hilary from Hilary Hall Fitness has put together for all of us. I know that I’m getting a great workout with all of these options so I hope you are loving them too!
Today, Hilary and I have come up with a great workout that you can do by the tub when your kiddos are busy with bath time.
WARNING: Do not do these workouts with your newborn. Do this when your children are older so that they are safe, secure and are in the appropriate amount of water while you watch them have fun during bath time. Also, while doing these workouts, make sure that the area around you is dry so that you don’t slip and are also safe.

Do these exercises for five more rounds for a total of five sets for a full 5-minute workout.
