Hey mommas! WOW, can you believe we are in the final phase of the “Momma Gone Fab” workout series?! I sure hope you’ve been loving it as much as I have!

For the final four weeks we are heading outside for some sunshine and fresh air! Over the next four weeks we are going to kick our daily walks into high-gear with exercises using both body weight and baby-as-weight as well as a couple of HIIT routines. So grab a friend, your stroller, and let’s hit the pavement! Oh, and baby, of course! ?
