Hey mamas! Welcome to week 11 of the “Mama Gone Fab” series with Hilary Hall. Y’all know I love an excellent, leave-me-breathless, sweat-sesh — but sometimes after a long day, and especially after a hard work-out, I just want to stretch and release tension. Stretching shouldn’t just be something you do quickly for a warm-up or quickly after you’ve worked your muscles. It should be an intentional time for your body AND mind. Today we’re working on finding our Zen, and hopefully you’ll take some time out for yourself as well! Strong body + strong mind = strong mama! Enjoy!
