Jessica Tomes

Jessica Tomes

Hi, Baby Chick readers! My name is Jessica, and I am so excited to share a little slice of life, love, and motherhood with all of you. I am a wife, a small business owner, mommy to three precious baby girls, and a blogger with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Did I mention I also sell real estate? But no matter how busy I get (and admittedly that can be pretty busy), my faith and my adorable little family always come first.

I have always loved to read and write. I can remember as a kiddo telling anyone and everyone that would listen (yes, even total strangers) that I was going to be an “arthur” (author) when I grew up — that or a circus performer; it really just depended on what day you asked me. Some days, juggling multiple writing and social media management clients while parenting can feel a bit like walking a tightrope, so maybe I was onto something. 🙂 Mostly I just adore this crazy, messy, beautiful rollercoaster ride I’m on, and I look forward to sharing tidbits of wisdom, hilarious misadventures, and all kinds of other goodies with you along the way.

When I’m not blogging, or taking photos, or out-and-about helping my clients buy and sell their dream homes, you can usually find me soaking up the Texas sun (with my littles in tow), eating all of the chocolate chip cookies, spending entirely too much money shopping (I do live in Houston), or cheering on my beloved TCU Horned Frogs. You can read more about me and my story here and can find me on Facebook here and here
