Product Review: Diaper Dude – Convertible Diaper Bag

Product Review: Diaper Dude – Convertible Diaper Bag

Trying to find the right diaper bag for your man? Sometimes picking the right one can be challenging because there are some guys that think carrying a diaper bag is un-manly and unnecessary. They figure that you will have everything the baby will need, right? Wrong. When they’re out-and-about with your little one, where are they going to put all of baby’s necessities? Extra diapers, wipes, extra change of clothes, toys, burp cloths, bibs, etc. Everything can’t stay in the car. You have to find something that they won’t mind carrying, but is still useful and can hold everything that he and baby will need. Well I’ve found the perfect one that checks off all of the boxes that I know every dad would be cool with wearing. It’s the black Convertible Bag from Diaper Dude.

Here are my reasons why THIS is the dad bag for your man:

1. It’s Subtle

Most dads don’t want anything flashy that will call attention to them and the fact that they are carrying a diaper bag. I know that’s how most of my dad clients feel. They need to have a bag that will be subtle and not look at all feminine. They are already getting used to the idea of having to carry around a bag. This is why I love Diaper Dude’s Convertible Diaper Bag. It looks like a regular backpack (so men won’t feel less manly carrying it), it’s lightweight and not big or bulky (only 17″ x 14″ x 4.5″), and it still serves it’s purpose by carrying everything baby needs and even some of his own items.

2. It’s Versatile

Some dads prefer the messenger bag look and others want a backpack. What’s great about this bag is that it can be BOTH! That’s right. This bag can be a backpack or a messenger bag depending on what style they like or how they prefer to carry it that day. You won’t have to worry about getting him the wrong style because it covers both. It’s even stroller strap compatible so he doesn’t have to always be carrying his bag if he’s pushing the baby in the stroller. Major plus!

3. All of the Compartments

Yes, you could buy a regular messenger bag or backpack for him to use, BUT this bag was made to be better than all those regular bags because it was designed specifically with dad in mind. There are so many pockets and spots to put everything that he and baby will need. The far back large compartment has tons of space for him to store extra diapers, wipes, one or two extra pairs of clothes for your little one, and it includes an interior key holder and a changing pad! The second compartment is another spacious space that has two more pockets. There are a total of FOUR spaces to store extra toys, snacks, bibs and whatnot in the front. AND there is an insulated bottle holder conveniently located at arms reach on the side. Boom!

4. Dad Checklist

One kiddo can be enough for a guy (or gal) to remember all the things he needs to pack with him for the day. If you have two, three, or four kids (or more), forget about it! This is why I love how on the inside of the second zipper, there is a Dad Checklist. It will help him remember all the things that he will need to bring so he can double check that he has packed enough of each item. This is such a great reminder for anyone to have.

5. It Can Be Reused

You don’t want to get something that is only going to be used for a short period of time. Because the black convertible bag has such a clean look, it doesn’t always have to remain a diaper bag. Just take out the changing pad and it can be reused for work trips, trips to the gym, and more. So you’re not just buying something that will last till your baby is out of diapers, you’ve invested in a bag that can be reused for years!

This video below shows everything that I just mentioned so you can get a better idea of how it works and why it’s the diaper bag for all dads to have.
