It has a handle from the wheelhouse to the back deck and a wide-mouth spout at the front to scoop and pour water. The molded detailing on the front of the 100% recycled plastic Green Toys Tugboat wheelhouse features the lettering “S. S. Green Toys,” along with a ladder, life preserver, anchor, lights, and horns. The deck has simulated cargo net under the arching handle, which, when the boat is submerged, allows the hull to fill with water that then pours out the front spout.
